Great communication, Reasonable prices & Terrible workmanship. I believe we both had a bad experience, As the subcontractor did a terrible job of laying the product. The guys in the office were honest and tried to make amends by wearing the cost of some additional work on a set of stairs. In truth they forgot to do the stairs on the original install day. In all it took 3 visits to get 3 bedrooms of vinyl laid to a very poor standard. As a business it is probably the choice between replacing the vinyl and losing money on the job or a one star google review. I feel like nobody got what they wanted but the point of a review is to be honest and if I had read about this level of workmanship I would have been prepared to spend more elsewhere.

Wonderful service right from the moment we walked in. They are incredibly knowledgeable and don't try and up-sell you on things you don't need and their prices are very reasonable. The quality of the work done is impeccable - we love our new floors! Vic Park Floor Coverings are by far one of the best experiences we've had whilst building our new house.

Excellent service from the choosing and purchase of flooring throughout the whole house. Alan always at the end of the phone to answer our queries and organise fitter around our renovation and other trades. Would recommend highly and use again if ever required in the future.

Hitesh was recommended by a work colleague and his service, knowledge and advice was exemplary. The price for our bedrooms was great with good quality carpet. Due to renovations we had to postpone on three occasions and he was so accommodating. The installer did a great job and left us with good size pieces of carpet for future use if we needed to replace carpet due to spills. I would highly recommend not only their products but the high level of service and quality installation.We would not hesitate in using them again.

Fantastic, friendly service from the first time we walked into the showroom to the finished product installed in our house. The team are extremely knowledgeable and helpful. We were looking to have carpet replaced but decided to go with Expona vinyl planks in three bedrooms and lounge/dining area. Fast and efficient laying team. Absolutely delighted with the vinyl planks and would highly recommend Victoria Park Floor Coverings.

Victoria park flooring removed and installed new carpet and hybrid laminate planks throughout our whole apartment. They were very accommodating to our time frames, provided a very competitive quote and were extremely helpful and friendly. We are very happy with the results!
