Great communication, Reasonable prices & Terrible workmanship. I believe we both had a bad experience, As the subcontractor did a terrible job of laying the product. The guys in the office were honest and tried to make amends by wearing the cost of some additional work on a set of stairs. In truth they forgot to do the stairs on the original install day. In all it took 3 visits to get 3 bedrooms of vinyl laid to a very poor standard. As a business it is probably the choice between replacing the vinyl and losing money on the job or a one star google review. I feel like nobody got what they wanted but the point of a review is to be honest and if I had read about this level of workmanship I would have been prepared to spend more elsewhere.

Good service. Alain was very helpful and didn't try to upsell or convince me I needed a better quality floor covering etc. (No hard sell at this place). Ordered one day and Floyd and his crew (they're amazing) had it fitted the next. Very happy with service, price, quality and the fitting. Would use again.

I was always sceptical about using a floor covering store that offers such competitive prices. A good friend put me onto Parrys and I can honestly say the quality and service was second to none. I have Re floored 3 houses and I won’t hesitate to use or recommend Parrys in the future. The products available are like for like on what the expensive retailers use and the service (Ilia and the installers) as well as the staff at the show rooms are sensational. Extremely good value and exceptional service is how I sum my experience up. Thank you Ilia and crew @ Parrys.

I am glad I have heeded the recommendation of one of the reviews regarding how brilliant Syed is. I have been to countless flooring companies, even other Parrys outlets, however it was Syed's dedicated service which won me over. He is very knowledgeable and he really hears what you want and need! Another plus to me is that he is not pushy which makes me feel comfortable to go ahead and make the purchase. He recommended Hybrid flooring and even told me one of the significant advantage no others have mentioned! My floors are looking super super beautiful, I couldn't be happier. Thank you Syed. P/S: Not too happy with the installers as my work was promised to be 4 days but was completed over a week and some damages to the wall. Installers were always late too. Maybe something Parrys Carpet could instill in their third party installers.

These guys are first class! We were not sure on what to lay in our little unit but Gerry came through with not only the right choice of carpet but also with a quick and easy turnaround of supply, lay and removal. They really did understand the urgency of what we needed to get done so no problem, got it all completed over the Easter long weekend! cant get better service than that!!

New showroom, big range and friendly sales. Had a project to renovate the new living room with DIY flooring. Saved a lot of money !:D
