Good service. Alain was very helpful and didn't try to upsell or convince me I needed a better quality floor covering etc. (No hard sell at this place). Ordered one day and Floyd and his crew (they're amazing) had it fitted the next. Very happy with service, price, quality and the fitting. Would use again.

Went in today to get some pricing, the older man and young boy there did not once ask if I was requiring help. The young boy went into the office and played on his phone the old man once finished with the lady he was serving retreated into the office also. Very poor customer service. I was prepared to pay today for product and install but walked out. Do better.

I was extremely happy with Alain's level of customer service. I knew I was in the right place the moment I walked into the warehouse. I didn't have much knowledge about flooring types but he took time to explain the pros and cons of each in details. He made me feel welcomed and am happy with the product I eventually chose. I could give him a million star rating if that was possible. Chris and his team did an amazing job installing too! They kept time and the installation was magical. Am one happy customer.

Extremely happy with Alain's genuinely lovely manner and A1 customer service. We had a rough idea on what we wanted and Alain showed us exactly...none pushy sales man - just a good listener. I have no doubt the installation people will be great! Highly recommend if you want a great experience.

Jeff laid our carpet and did a wonderful job, quickly and left no mess. Unfortunately, we can only award 3 stars because even though he was punctual, starting at 6.30 a.m. we were not expecting him. The office staff failed to contact us beforehand and we were left to scramble to remove the remaining large piece of furniture before he could begin.

Fantastic service! We needed a carpet installed urgently for a rental between tenants and the staff couldn't be helpful enough. Thanks Callum for fitting us in for confirmation of our measurements. Will definitely use this company again. Have experienced other carpet companies who delay install due to waiting on stock to arrive. Parrys had carpets already on display in store and just a case of measure and book in to lay. Highly recommend.
