These guys are first class! We were not sure on what to lay in our little unit but Gerry came through with not only the right choice of carpet but also with a quick and easy turnaround of supply, lay and removal. They really did understand the urgency of what we needed to get done so no problem, got it all completed over the Easter long weekend! cant get better service than that!!

My Parents had an amazing experience with this company. The consultation was so professional you immediately felt confident. The time frame was much sooner than expected which was a delight. Great family run business. Zak, gerry and trudy are all very approachable, honest people selling genuine quality products in an industry full of alot of salesmen just looking to get your money. Very happy with the carpets I purchased from them for my new house and would recommend to anybody looking for new floorcoverings.

Promptly attended to by a gentleman who gave lots of details on vinyl planks although we were looking for hybrid planks. We appreciate your time and advice. However, overall it was quite a frustrating experience as I don’t think if he was really listening. We had to repeat ourselves three times that this is for a house and yet he kept saying it must be a townhouse. I’m pretty sure we know what we are building. We have been to a few flooring shops, weighed up several options and decided on what to look for, but the gentleman spoke to us as if we didn’t know anything. Looking at all the great reviews here, we were quite disappointed our experience was so different.
