I am glad I have heeded the recommendation of one of the reviews regarding how brilliant Syed is. I have been to countless flooring companies, even other Parrys outlets, however it was Syed's dedicated service which won me over. He is very knowledgeable and he really hears what you want and need! Another plus to me is that he is not pushy which makes me feel comfortable to go ahead and make the purchase. He recommended Hybrid flooring and even told me one of the significant advantage no others have mentioned! My floors are looking super super beautiful, I couldn't be happier. Thank you Syed. P/S: Not too happy with the installers as my work was promised to be 4 days but was completed over a week and some damages to the wall. Installers were always late too. Maybe something Parrys Carpet could instill in their third party installers.

Good service....the stand out was Michael the carpet Layer. He was prompt, friendly and did a lovely job with a minim of fuss. Thank you ....wouldn't hesitate to recommend.

Really loved dealing with these guys! Syed was excellent: patient, knowledgeable, and gave me a great deal on some wool cut pile carpet. He (and the others at Head Office) were very accommodating regarding installation times during a busy and uncertain period settling a house. Would highly recommend.

I recently purchased some hardwood flooring through Syed at Parry's Flooring Myaree. I found Syed approachable, dependable, hard working and kind. He was fantastic to the customers in the store and was incredibly helpful in my choice of flooring. I went to a lot of timber stores but I had to come back to Syed as he was just a genuine good person. It is also hard to get timber layers currently and he worked hard to secure me someone. I would recommend Parrys to anyone, especially Syed.

I prefer to buy from people I trust and feel comfortable with and Syed is one of those people. He knows how to connect and listen to what his customers want. After buying hybrid flooring from him a few months ago I had no hesitation in returning to him for our next project of replacing the carpets in our home. Syed, thank you for your patience and for following up after the job was completed. 5 stars from me!
